Restorative Outcomes And Resilence
Increasing well-being and resilience in staff teams

Many industries from journalism, sports and medicine can have high pressure, high stress and high rates of burnout.
People do not need to carry past and present distress and yet they often do not get the space or support to smooth this out.

We know the negative impact of poor mental health in the workplace and the wide reaching impact when people develop greater resilience and restorative outcomes.
Dr Naomi Filio and Dr Isabel Battye have worked with a range of teams from Social Services to USA/UK tech companies offering online and in person resilience and wellbeing workshops and courses.

GTEP stands for Group Traumatic Episode Protocol and is the name given to the stand alone 3 hour group protocol that can be used with groups of up to 10 people. The ROAR Compassion website has a Resources page of current evidence for GTEP.
